This lockdown time has given us the opportunity to examine where we have come from, where we are now and where we would like to be in the future.
Known as Pat-Nini Properties before Intelli Property Management was birthed in 2015 and the beginning was a walk in the park because there was no need for big operations. It is when we met different glitches that we now began to understand that this static way of managing the property was in fact the base of all problems. This is when Intelli Property Management went into collaboration with VOGSPHERE AND ECASHMEUP headed by Mulunghisi and Mr. Tim Modise it has worked to our advantage as their expertise in technology unlocks all the glitches that our property management model was challenged with.
These components are focusing on the automated debt collection, automated lease agreements, automated debit order collections which will ensure that yours and my property performs at its highest even in bad times because of no excuses from tenants but rather a sure relationship with the bank that guarantees that your rent is paid and on time.
